Investor Resources Network (IRN) was the brain child of an experienced professional investor having dinner with a group of investors attending the annual property tax auction in Detroit Michigan in 2004.
The discussion at dinner stemmed around a general lack of competent resources, information and a lack of ability to network with fellow investors for advice, expertise and the ability to create deals.
Coming back from Detroit that year, this investor shared his vision with friends and fellow investors in the south west, creating interest in researching and planning what was to become this new exciting resource for investors to gain information, data and relevant vendor’s to successfully invest in real estate.
Research was started part time after returning that fall, and gaining information and resources has continued as time permitted through to the spring of 2007. When planning and development was accelerated with plans created to establish a corporate venture to support the vision and start building a working data base and network online.
As professional investors we realize the importance of accurate information to allow us to make good investment decisions. Working efficiently and accurately with that information is important to our wealth, success and family or business security.
We are not based on the experience of one person or group as we feel this limits our ability to keep perspective and passionately work towards finding the very best resources, answers and information.
