Investor Resources Network (IRN) brings you the highest quality items in our IRN stores.
We have written a clear concise return policy and whether a warranty applies. Our whole and limited liability is upto the amount of any item including tax, this is agreed as per your use of our site, if you have a discrepancy in a returned item or a warranty issue that has gone unfulfilled you agree to hold harmless and warranty our entire liability that is limited to the replacement or cost plus tax of the item.
We will not be held responsible for any other costs stemming from a dispute or demand for damages, nor will we have any responsibility other than replacement or refund of the item price at the time of purchase plus any and all applicable sales taxes.
Some of our stores are owned by outside vendors supplying goods or services to our users (members or vendors). We are not responsible in any way for the goods or services supplied by these parties. We will however remove or replace an outside provider of goods or services if that party is not upholding our ethics and integrity as they have agreed.
You, the user agree to hold us harmless and warrant that we have no liability or responsibility for damages for an outside company operating within our IRN site;
All companies or vendors will post within their IRN space their terms and conditions of use, their personal privacy policy and their own policy and procedures if they apply.We try to screen and create a professional experience within our IRN site, and will take action to remove companies vending as outside companies for poor customer service, material breech of agreement, failing to ship or supply items or services as agreed or for failing to warrant and service items as they agreed.
