You’re responsible for the security and confidential handling of your password, membership data and profile and you are not permitted to allow others the use of your password or membership data and information. You are responsible to notify IRN of any illegal or unauthorized use of your password and / or membership information, and IRN will not be held responsible for damages or losses incurred from the illegal or unauthorized use of your password, membership information or user profile.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Investor Resources Network (IRN), its directors, officers, employees, consultants, affiliates, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all improper, illegal and unauthorized use of that information or data.
You warrant and indemnify that you’re use of the Investor Resources Network (IRN) website will not break or violate city, county, state or federal laws or regulations.
You are individually responsible for your information and data which you submitted, authored, published, displayed or posted through your account, including but not limited to any forum posting, blog entries, e-mail messages and property listings or for any embedded code or tags imported through inside or outside sources and for your transactions between yourself and other members or vendor members.
We reserve the right at our discretion to edit and / or delete any content, information or data within this website and to remove or edit content of properties for sale or rent, we also reserve the right to remove or edit vendor’s products or services.
Member Data
Our Investor Resources Network allows you to import and save e-mail, publish and post information and archive and upload data to our IRN internet site. By importing page content, written text, icons, logos, software items, music & sounds, photos and video, message content, graphs and charts, and other written documents supplying information (data) you are individually responsible for all your data that you have imported to the IRN internet site including but not limited to our member area forums, blogs, user profile, articles, groups, property postings or I have / I want, to.
Your data imported to our Investor Resources Network (IRN) internet site are presented and guaranteed by you (the member) to be legally able to use the information and you either own, or have license to the data, or have permissible rights and / or consents to use the content and to allow and give permissible rights to IRN to the use and content of the data submitted to us, as member area information.

You do however by importing information (data) to Investor Resources Network (IRN) you grant license and permission to IRN, FFWA LLC, or its assignees national / international rights, non exclusive to content, free of any royalty or fee, perpetual rights and permissions irrevocable and fully licensed and sub-licensable rights to all imported (uploaded) content to this IRN internet site.
You (the member) grant all transferable rights to content, with permissions and rights to copy or distribute any or all of your imported content (data). Investor Resources Network (IRN) is not responsible for the use of this information in conjunction with any investment, and although we try to bring information which is true and accurate, we will not be liable or responsible for any loss arising from your use.

Errors and Omissions

We anticipate having a large number of vendor members who will be able to change their descriptions, prices and service specials. Investor Resources Network (IRN) is not responsible for changes to pricing, availability of services or type of services provided by our vendor members. We do however require each of our vendor members to provide a discount to our members or fellow vendor members, if you contact a vendor and they do not have their discount / savings posted please send a message to the “site moderator” and specify the vendor, their profession and there location by city / county and state.
Each member vendor is required as a condition of membership to provide a discount or savings on goods or services to our members, please read the advisories in the vendor section of our internet site, for specific requirements and vendor terms of use.
Our Investor Resources Network (IRN) uses outside web sources for information, content and data, because of this please refer to the linked website for specific resources, information or product pricing. We have no responsibility for outside companies however if a resource link changes and is believed to be inappropriate or inadequate because of changes to the website, if you inform our “site moderator” we will check the site and discontinue the use and replace the resource if necessary.
Investor Resources Network (IRN) has the explicate right to change or modify information, content or data from any source at any time without notice to members.

Investor Resources Network (IRN) includes but is not limited to, the right to monitor or be involved in disputes between members or users, however we are not obligated to take any action or resolve any issue.
However if we decide to mitigate (settle) disputes between parties we will use all reasonable effort in understanding both the parties issues and resolving the conflict fairly on an unbiased basis, and make all effort to research, understand and discover the points of contention.
We are not responsible for disputes, indifferences or disagreements or the resolution of such between members, vendors, advertisers or users, and by using this IRN internet site you release and hold harmless all officers, directors, employees, associates, and affiliated agents or our subsidiaries or subcontractors and advertisers from any and all claims, demands or damages actual or punitive of any kind arising out of a dispute between using parties of our Investor Resources Network (IRN), or the resolution of such disputes.
